Beach Baker is excited to be working with an Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have been established for over 20 years. Their team of 30 professionals has a strong architectural background and operates in a family-like, supportive environment. They handle a range of residential and commercial projects, including residential surveys, defect analysis for loss adjusters, and commercial work like schools, business parks, and hotels. They pride themselves on their unique, market-leading approach to the built environment in the South West.
The Role:
You will work on a mix of residential surveys (70%) and commercial projects (30%), with an increasing focus on project administration. Key tasks include conducting Level 3 surveys, defect analysis, project management, party wall matters, CDM, and dilapidations.
Candidate:
- A self-motivated professional who can work independently without supervision.
- Ideally AssocRICs, MCIOB or MCIAT
- Experience in residential surveys an advantage but not essential.
