Who We're Looking For: The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes’ walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has a position for an Operations Coordinator to join their team of extraordinary people. We’re seeking a well-presented and knowledgeable Operations Coordinator with a proven track record in overseeing operational functions. You should be skilled in problem-solving, providing support, and thriving under pressure. Your exceptional administrative abilities will be key to maintaining seamless processes. You’ll combine excellent communication with a deep sense of confidentiality, handling every operational detail with precision and care. What Is Required: As the Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for several duties classified under 4 main categories: Projects, Aesthetics, Events and Training. You will use general as well as specified skills to aid the development of the Events, property specific projects, training and general aesthetics from the interior to staff presentation. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or Equivalent Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level Computer literate level 2 minimum experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in particular) Opera Experience ESP Beneficial Micros Beneficial Diploma/Degree in hospitality management or project management (advantageous) Minimum 3 years in Hospitality Industry Ready to Join?
