Job Description

Accounts Administrator Derry £24,000-£25,000 Artemis Human Capital are working with a longstanding, reputable business in Greysteel. They have a newly created role for an accounts administrator to join their warm and welcoming finance function. The role Sales ledger duties processing invoices, posting debit /credits, stock control and reconciliation, cash receipts and lodgements. Supporting the finance manager with preparation for month-end balancing and year-end audit. Dealing with supplier queries. Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. Experience required: Previous experience with invoicing/sales ledger/general accounts administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management abilities. Good data entry skills. This is a lovely role that would be perfect for someone who would like more work/life balance, working in a stable and secure environment with people that are supportive and collaborative.
