Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a talented Junior Designer with a strong foundation in the design basics plus a passion for video animation and concept sketching to join our dynamic creative team. You will be both inspired and inspiring, capable of generating big ideas, while showcasing an unwavering passion, innate talent, and a hunger for continual growth and development. This role is perfect for someone who loves to bring ideas to life, whether through motion design or visual storytelling. You’ll be equally comfortable creating concept sketches that translate initial ideas into clear visuals, as you are in crafting animations that make these visuals move and engage audiences.

You should apply if you have…

· Proficiency in core Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Familiarity with After Effects and Procreate

· Eagerness to learn and expand skill sets

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset

· Exceptional attention to detail

· Organized and methodical approach to tasks

· Positive, can-do attitude

· Effective workload and time management skills

· Ability to communicate ideas with clarity, confidence, and creative reasoning

· Capable of working both independently and collaboratively—teamwork makes the dream work!

· A previous placement or experience in an agency environment

· A stunning portfolio showcasing design skills and proven creative talent
