Job Description

Our role will be pivotal in accurately and efficiently onboarding clients onto our Workflow management System, providing consistent system support, administering assets, and fostering a positive company culture. Responsibilities: Providing technical support to Restaurant customers, including troubleshooting tasks. Handling support emails and calls. Training new and existing clients on the system. Maintaining and updating training content, records, and evaluating training effectiveness. Conducting asset verification after tagging, creating snag lists, and adjusting assets on an asset manual. Onboarding clients on the software platform. Ensuring smooth running and timely updates of client portals. Managing daily client queries, issues, and concerns. Promoting a positive company culture focusing on teamwork, customer satisfaction, and continual self-development. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience in technical client support and the Restaurant or ISP industry Proficient with Microsoft Office 365. Familiarity with any sales or facilities software would be advantageous. Strong account management, collaboration skills, and business acumen. Excellent administrative capabilities. Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal communication skills. Detail-oriented, professional, responsible, and accountable. Exceptional time management and stress handling skills.
