We invite you to share our vision and commitment to achieving excellence in everything we do Your Day at Our Organization : - Lead and motivate a team of embedded senior engineers, taking ownership of project deliverables and ensuring high-quality embedded products. - Innovate both existing and new products to align with the company's core objectives. - Collaborate with various departments to integrate and coordinate required actions. - Participate in high/low-level requirement analysis, code, and design reviews. - Oversee the entire life cycle of embedded systems development, from design to deployment. - Report directly to the MD & CEO, providing updates and strategic insights on product development and team performance. What You Need : - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in a related field from an accredited institution, preferably IIT/NIT. - 12 years of embedded systems design experience in a product development environment, with a proven track record of leading teams. - Proficiency in C, C++, and Python programming for embedded systems (advanced C skills Expertise in Embedded OS or RTOS (preferably Linux, QNX, VxWorks). - Familiarity with communication protocols, including SPI, I2C, Ethernet, USB, and CAN. - Experience with system programming, device driver development/porting, BSP, and Bootloader. - Strong understanding of OOPS concepts. - Hands-on experience with sensor integration, data acquisition, and analysis. - Experience with App/Web interface design and development. - Experience with wireless RF technologies. - Proven ability to move design changes from concept to shop floor. - Experience with all phases of embedded hardware and software development, including design, architecture, testing, release, and support. - Experience in testing PCB assemblies for embedded systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Great communication skills Great to Haves : - Highly motivated individual with a passion for programming and result orientation. - Capability to handle projects independently. - Ready to take charge and lead the future of embedded systems with Us?
