Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

4 total weekend shifts per 4 weeks, 2 out of 3 major holidays

Requirements:

• AZ License
• 2 Years’ Experience
• Level I trauma experience
• BCLS, ACLS
• Chemo certified a plus

• Charting System: Cerner
• Basic Dysrhythmia Exam Required PRIOR to sending the contract, 2 attempts
• # beds: 32
• Ratios: 1:4 ratio
• Scrub Color: Navy
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: 85% Oncology patients / 15% Tele medsurg. Surgical, medical, Oncology patients
• Float to other MedSurg/Tele units
