I am working with a Recruitment Company in Manchester, who are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who may have experience placing Business Support Staff, and FM Support Staff - Build, Housing, Concierge, to join their incredible Team! (Salary between £30-33k - OTE £50-£60,000 + Uncapped Commission)
As a Recruitment Consultant providing Business Support & FM support staff, your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary and permanent positions, maintaining, building and developing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
Your Duties:
- Building an ongoing supplier relationship with key clients
- Identifying, generating and maintaining a pipeline of business within your market, both new and existing
- Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
- Negotiating with clients
- Resourcing for job vacancies
- Meeting with clients and candidates
- Writing job specifications
- Spotting opportunities for short, medium, and long term wins
- Maintaining a high-quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
- Temporary worker compliance and payroll support.
