Recruitment Consultant

We are currently recruiting for Recruitment Consultants with experience in industries such as Industrial, Driving and Hospitality to join our team.

The role will involve working Monday to Friday from 8:30-17:00, with some flexibility required.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for winning new clients. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. At MAK Jobs your earnings are unlimited. You will also have access to a pool car, career progression opportunities, gym membership, and a company uniform.

The Role:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the your sector (over the telephone and face to face)
• Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
• Resource, screen, and place qualified candidates
• Provide insights and advice to clients and candidates
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates
• Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction
• Utilise various recruitment channels including job boards and social media
• Working towards monthly/quarterly revenue targets KPIs and revenue targets
• Updating all internal systems

About you:

• Proven experience in recruitment and sales
• Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results
