Restaurant General Manager

Location: Coastal Georgia

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

A beautiful luxury resort on the coast of Georgia is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead their Italian inspired restaurant.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in an upscale, Italian restaurant
• Strong tenure of 2-3 years throughout previous employment
• Experience managing revenues of $7M+

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations for restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, ensuring high-quality standards, exceptional guest service, and property compliance.
• Manage financial success of the restaurant including optimizing costs controls, maximizing profitability, and implementing strategies to improve financial performance while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Foster a positive work environment, conducting performance evaluations, and facilitating ongoing training to enhance service skills.
