You are the person we need ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Be available to respond to emergencies Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas Ensure the cleanliness of entrances and common areas, terrace and pool, gym Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations Maintain a clean working environment Maintain property spaces and systems Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces Minor plumbing and electrical work Other Related Tasks Painting and plastering work in apartments Painting of rental units Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas Preventive maintenance of equipment Snow removal from entrances Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances Construction Cleaning and performing maintenance duties Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager Taking out the trash EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years DEP in general building maintenance (an asset) BENEFITS: Salary to be discussed Free indoor parking Recognition program Vacation Recognition program Schedule adapted to your needs and operations (flexible) Renovated apartment, air-conditioned and appliances included JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time
