This role involves managing and enhancing the service provided by a dedicated team of staff across multiple residences, ensuring unique and high-quality experiences for the homeowner. Responsibilities:

- Manage the team of domestic staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

- Create and implement new personalized experiences, including suggestions for new restaurants, travel, and innovative activities.

- Train and develop the team, elevating the standard of service provided.

- Coordinate and manage schedule, ensuring impeccable organization.

- Travel frequently to various residences and locations, ensuring that service standards are maintained in all situations.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the luxury hotel sector with solid knowledge of hospitality.

- Experience in team management and the ability to lead and motivate staff.

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Open-minded and creative, with a willingness to think outside the box and create innovative experiences.

- Experience living abroad and the ability to adapt to different cultures and environments.
