Your responsibilities

• Posting customer payments
• Posting customers bonuses
• Explaining payment differences
• Monthly reconciliation of customer accounts
• Processing invoices and ability to identify nonconformities
• Cooperation with sales administration / commercial / credit control teams in Europe
• Ensuring compliance with rules, procedures, and controls

Our requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in similar position
• University degree in Accounting or Finance
• English - min. B2
• German - min. B2
• Attention to details and great organization skills
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Quick response and operative approach in processing invoices

Optional

• Prior working at Shared Service Center
• Knowledge of Customers SAP module
• Participation in proces transition
