• £13 per hour Plus an equal share of tips.

About the Role of Assistant General Manager

We are currently looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team, experience is required.

Assistant General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for running shifts once settled in
• Assist the General Manager with staff training
• Good communication skills with front of house members and the kitchen team
• Maintaining the high standards throughout the building
• The role will include organisation of larger table parties in the restaurants
• Must be able to work well within a team
• Role may include helping restaurant downstairs and events upstairs
• Flexible rota however some weekend work required
• Forward thinking & confident in what you do
• Passionate about training, mentoring & growing the team
