They are looking for an adaptable, resilient Assistant Manager who is people-oriented. Skills and experience of an Assistant Manager:

• Being positive, people focused and getting involved with the local community is a must.

• Basic knowledge of FS and H&S.
• Some exposure to fresh food kitchen operations..
• Willing to learn and develop their knowledge around financials.
• You don't have to be an eco-warrior but an interest in keeping the planet clean is essential.
