Title: Construction Administrator/Accountant (West Palm Beach, FL)

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, accounting or finance, civil engineering or related field, if preferred.
• Relevant experience in a similar administrative role within a Construction Management or General Contracting firm.
• Open to candidates with non-luxury residential or commercial experience who demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
• Provide administrative and financial support to the project management team ensuring efficient project execution and documentation.
• Assist the project management team with Buyout, Change Order, Jobsite Setup, Billing, Project Management and Close-Out processes.

• A construction management firm specializing in new luxury residential and luxury commercial construction, as well as renovation and additions work.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive compensation package, with a base salary of up to $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
