Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and Greet: Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and employees as they arrive at the office, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Answer and Direct Calls: Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages as needed.
- Manage Reception Area: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professional image of the company.
- Schedule Management: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as requested.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing mail, coordinating shipments, and assisting with general office tasks.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries and requests from clients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner, striving to exceed their expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
