Job Description

Seeking a 6+ year Project Architect with a professional degree to organize sets, coordinate with consultants, and assist with drawings in Revit. This role involves designing and processing projects from conception through construction documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, visiting project sites, attending client meetings, and more. Candidates should have experience with commercial ground-up projects, must have experience in K12 projects, and ideally have held leadership roles in K12 projects within the last 5 years. Licensure or near-licensure is required.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Denver, Colorado and some days remote.

Work Environment

Our Client is a small 8-person firm located in the creative, mixed-use TAXI community in the RiNo Art District. The practice focuses on PK-12 schools, master plans, and commercial projects. Additional project types include automotive, historic restoration, state parks, museums, boutiques, and design competitions. They are also starting to pursue aviation work at DEN. The firm primarily focuses on work that serves the community. As part of the team, you will be included in all phases of the design process, including consultant coordination, construction documentation, contract administration, marketing, and business development. Our Client is a Principal-led firm where Principals lead projects and team members stay on projects from start to finish to facilitate learning and growth throughout different phases of the project life cycle. This position will initially support the equestrian center project at the National Western Center and will likely move on to support K12 and automotive projects.
