Position Overview
We are a large commercial construction general contractor, with experience in a variety of project types including, Health care, Aviation, Athletic, Campus housing, High education, Lab/life sciences, Parks, Religious, Retail, Corporate offices, Light industrial (warehouses), Parking garages, Performing arts, Government, etc. We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to join our team.
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in commercial, healthcare, aviation, athletic, higher education, K-12, life sciences, retail, religious, office, public, and/or laboratory projects
