Job Description
Looking for a Architecture Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience who has experience managing projects through completion, mentoring junior staff and strong in construction administration. You will be working on high end hospitality projects with amenity spaces, guest rooms and restaurants.
Responsibilities:
You will work closely with the design team and are expected to provide strong technical
expertise and leadership.
You will be interacting with clients, consultants, and contractors regularly.
You should feel confident leading meetings and coordinating onsite.
You will be expected to write and edit specs, respond to RFIs, and handle budgets.
Qualifications
* Bachelors or Masters in Architecture
* Strong experience in Construction Administration
* 5+ years with experience in Project Management
* Proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit
* Experience with hospitality, institutional or cultural projects
Work Environment:
The firm has various projects in the residential, historic preservation, cultural and hospitality sectors.
