Job Type: Permanent Salary Offer: R20,000 Location: Sandton & Forways Start Date: ASAP Most work will be done Remotely/Home and applicant will be required to be at the centre based on roster''''s given days & hours Must have a smart phone and WIFI connection: Non-negotiable Job Responsibilities: Flights and Hotels bookings for patients. Assist orthopaedic surgeons during surgical appointment procedures. Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments. Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and rehabilitation. Must have Own reliable Car. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Participate in patient rounds and case discussions. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Organise consultations with the patients. Assist in the development and implementation of patient care protocols. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Administer medications and injections as prescribed. Support patients in pain management and rehabilitation exercises. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Position Requirements: Qualifications - Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification will be adventurous for the position . Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery or related field. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopaedic conditions and treatments. Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in patient documentation. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Ability to educate patients and families about treatment plans and preventive care. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Flexibility to work various shifts.
