Job Description

Pay based on experience | First shift, must be available to work on-call as needed

In this fast-paced, high-energy environment where attention to detail is essential, how do we ensure our facilities plumbing systems are kept up and operating properly? As a Facilities Plumber, you will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of property plumbing and equipment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

* *Perform regular inspections, as well as complete preventative and corrective maintenance of plumbing systems throughout the casino and hotel.
* *Identify and complete any necessary repairs for previously installed plumbing systems on property.
* *Respond to reports of plumbing issues throughout the casino and hotel, identify and repair all issues.
* *Keep up to date and follow current codes and regulations to ensure plumbing work and installed systems are maintained correctly and pass inspections.
* *Perform other maintenance tasks as requested by department leadership.
* *Record the details of all work performed into the Facility CMMS data program.
* *Provide information regarding plumbing system maintenance to Facilities Management on a regular and routine basis.
* Oversee and maintain necessary inventory and equipment to perform plumbing work. Inform department leadership of needed inventory or equipment to ensure work can be completed within budgets and timelines.
* Communicate any repairs or maintenance that cannot be done during regular working hours to the Supervisor and/or Manager and schedule work as necessary to complete.
* Adhere to the casino and hotel's standard performance levels assuring that daily work and special projects are completed in an efficient and professional manner.
* Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

* A high school diploma or equivalent required. Level 2 Intermediate Plumbing Diploma is preferred.
* Two or more years of trade experience as a plumber or plumber's apprentice required.
* Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs, and skilled in the use of all plumbing related equipment such has hand tools, drain augers and jetting equipment.
* Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* The ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
* The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information.
* The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
* The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
* While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, and move freely throughout the property for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member is required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance. Team member must wear all required Personal Protective

Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Working Conditions

The noise level is usually moderate to loud. When on the casino floor, the noise levels increases. The facility is not smoke free. While performing the duties of this job, the team member occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and at heights. The team member is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme temperatures, and vibration.
