The primary objective of this evaluation is to establish initial diagnoses and provide ongoing assessments. Additionally, this position will involve providing second opinions regarding diagnoses and conducting clinical observations regarding the presence or absence of a developmental disability.

- Master's in Communicative Disorders
- AR License in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence or be eligible
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience in speech-language evaluations
- Ph.D. in Communicative Disorders
Additional Information:
- Knowledge of child development principles, language acquisition milestones, and assessment techniques.
- Understanding of various speech and language disorders and treatments.
- Familiarity with speech/language certification regulations, state and federal laws, and agency/institution policies.
- Excellent clinical assessment skills, including the ability to accurately diagnose speech and language disorders.
- Proficient in conducting formal speech and language assessments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document and present findings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using speech therapy software and technology.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability when working with children and families.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
