Description

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging/genuine service to all guests and team members. *
• Uphold our standard of providing great food. *
• Ensure our restaurant is always clean and comfortable for our guests. *
• Training and development of all existing and new team members. *
• Clear communication amongst Team Leads & Management Team. *
• Help open/close the restaurant when Manager or District Manager is not present. *
• Uphold all cash handling responsibilities.
• Uphold all restaurant standards (completion of checklists, steps of service, delegation of tasks/duties to team members)
• Supports the team (Managers and team members) by helping bus tables, stock restaurant supplies on the floor when needed.
