RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our team in Middleton. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!

The Robert F. Kennedy School serves youth for crimes ranging from drug possession to assault. They learn accountability by participating in daily school, individual, and group counseling, and structured activities designed to promote responsibility and self-reliance. The boys engage in recreational activities that enable them to have fun while learning healthy ways of interacting with others.

This is where you come in!
Supervisors are responsible for the safety and well-being of residents and staff during their appointed shift (s) representing Agency administration in their absence. A high comfort level in dealing with young males and strong role-modeling skills are required. The right candidate will supervise up to five shifts per week, maintaining the security of the program, its residents, and staff. They will also provide individual supervision for as many as three childcare workers each week, as well as, provide on-floor training and supervision for as many as five childcare staff including Assistant Supervisors. There is also the possibility that the physical restraint of students will be necessary, according to RFK policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old
  • A high school diploma, required
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license, required
  • Residential treatment experience and a bachelor's degree are strongly preferred

Available Shifts:
  • Day 8 am - 3 pm and Evenings 3 pm - 11 pm

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive

This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
