Job Description
Our client is a boutique and busy hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will provide vital support to the kitchen team, ensuring that all cleaning and basic duties are carried out efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and in compliance with hygiene standards.
Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils quickly and effectively.
Assist with basic food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables.
Safely store kitchen equipment and help maintain organization in the kitchen.
Manage waste and recycling, ensuring the kitchen area remains clutter-free.
Assist with the receipt and proper storage of deliveries.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
