The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• Administering JCT contracts
• Conducting site valuations
• Preparing detailed reports for our architecture team
• Developing pricing schedules for residential projects valued between £100k and £500k, including house extensions, refurbishments, and new builds.

Requirements

• A self-motivated professional who can work independently without supervision.
• Ideally AssocRICs, MCIOB or MCIAT
• Knowledge of JCT contract work
