**REACH YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL OF UP TO 75% COMMISSIONS**
· _MUST BE A LICENSED HAIR STYLIST TO APPLY_
**· _Hourly Range:_ $30 to $40 (commissions + tips)**
· The range is based on 5 years of experience and working 30+ hours per week.
· **_Top performers:_** our top performers make more than $40 per hour, also
based on at least 5 years of experience and working 30+ hours per week.
· ** _VacationPTO_ _:_**__ Get paid Average Hourly Rate** __(NOT minimum
wage!)__ ** _Dont go on vacation getting paid the average minimum wage!_

**Salon Professional Requirements**
* ** __REQUIRED:__** Current cosmetology or barber license applicable to state requirements and eligible to work in the US
* Able and willing to work various schedules based on your income goals and guest demand
* Ability to show basic skill-set in terms of layered cuts, clipper cuts, and basic color application
