60K – 70K p/a + 20K bonus

They are rapidly expanding and looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join their forward-thinking team, contributing to impactful projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate comes from a facilities management background, or has experience with clients within sectors such as retail and hospitality, healthcare, corporate and office spaces and commercial real estate, and public sector and government.
The key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management
- Product/Service Optimisation
- Issue Resolution
- Retention and Upselling
