General Maintenance Worker

Titan Recruitment is currently seeking a General Maintenance Worker to join our clients team based in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual looking for consistent work with an immediate start.

Job Details:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Start Time: Varies between 5:00 AM 7:00 AM (Depending on the days tasks)
• Finish Time: Varies between 1:00 PM 6:00 PM (Depending on the days tasks)
• Pay: £12 per hour !WEEKLY PAY!
  

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and upkeep of council grounds
• Removing litter and emptying litter bins at regular intervals based on demand
• Removing small amounts of graffiti and fly posters
• Trimming or removing weed growth
• Cleaning public toilets and car parks as needed

Requirements:

• Full,clean and valid UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility in working across different shifts when required to meet service demands
• No prior experience needed; full training will be provided
