Job Description

• Lead the management of a $350 unit, ground-up mixed-use project in East NY, with a focus on shell and core development while maintaining tenant occupancy.
• Oversee the development of a major ground-up hotel project in New York, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular reviews, and implement strategies for risk management.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to achieve project objectives.
