I'm delighted to be working with a leading exclusive concierge and major event service, specialising in sport, entertainment, and luxury travel experiences for clients around the world, who are on the lookout for an Events Executive to join the team!

This role will support and manage end-end events, from concept to post-event feedback and will be instrumental in delivering events, supporting essential projects, and contributing to the organisation’s overall success.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day support within the Events and Operations Team.
• Collaboration across multiple departments including creative, operations, marketing, and finance.
• Support the Marketing team to help structure social posts around a busy events schedule.
• Support the creation of key communication and planning documents which will include event invitations, activation briefs and itineraries.
• Build out the organisations global network of suppliers across all the different services we provide from hotels, transportation, fine dining and experiences.

Skills/Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in an events-based role, preferably in sports, entertainment and luxury event hospitality.
• Feel comfortable and confident with international travel.
• Quick adaptability to changing circumstances.
