What is the role ?

The mission of an IQOS Multi-Category Coach (MCC) is to help adult smokers transition to healthier alternatives by educating them about IQOS products, particularly heated tobacco devices. This role involves engaging directly with customers at pop-up stands, usually placed near tobacco aisles in stores like Morrisons and Sainsbury's, to explain the benefits of switching from traditional smoking to alternatives like IQOS. The MCC provides personalized guidance, answers customer questions, and drives awareness and adoption of IQOS as a less harmful alternative to smoking.

What’s in it for you ?:

• Customer Engagement: Work in supermarkets and general trade stores, directly engaging with customers to promote IQOS.
• Product Education: Educate customers on the product's features, benefits, and usage.
• Pop-Up Stand Operation: Manage a small pop-up stand near the tobacco aisle, which you’ll carry and set up each day. Be prepared to travel up to an hour to different stores daily.
• Uniform: A uniform will be provided and sent to you for use during working hours.
• Paid Training: Four days of training—two at Philip Morris headquarters in London, and two shadowing in your local area. Travel and hotel expenses for London training are covered, and all four training days are paid.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: £15.33 per hour (basic wage)
• Commission: Uncapped commission with a minimum of £60 extra per day (for 3 sales), plus additional bonuses and incentives.
• Schedule: Work 5-6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, with 6-hour shifts.
• Bonuses: Extra earnings for completing 5-6 shifts in a week, plus long-term performance bonuses.
• Expense Coverage: Petrol reimbursed at 44p per mile, and parking costs covered.
• Payment Terms: Paid through PAYE, with wages paid one month in arrears. Travel expenses are paid earlier, on the 15th of the following month.
