The Role:

As our General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our vibrant restaurant. Your leadership will be pivotal in upholding our high standards of service, quality, and hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations, leading and inspiring a passionate team, and driving our business forward with innovative ideas.

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for South Asia cuisine and culture is a plus!
• A proactive and positive attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
• Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and optimize resources.
