I'm delighted to be partnering with a brand new luxury hospitality venue based in London who are looking to recruit a Head of Marketing for the venue. This will be a strategic role, leading a core marketing team of 6.

The business are looking for someone with previous experience in opening a brand new retail/hospitality venue with destination management experience key for the role.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and execute the annual marketing strategies for the venue, including its programme of events, spa, restaurants and bars.
• Create and implement campaigns to drive footfall numbers
• Manage a team of six, covering brand activations, social media and PR
• Day-to-day management and development of the brand
• Driving engagement and relationship with the wider community in the area
• Management of the agency's across PR & Brand

Qualifications

• 5-6 years experience across luxury/hospitality venue.
• Looking for someone with previous experience in opening a new project/venue ideally across the luxury retail/hospitality sector
• A person who is passionate about brand and innovative ideas
• Ability to implement a brand new strategic plan across the business
• Management of a core team of 6
• A great communicator with stakeholders across a business at any level
• Someone with a passion for lifestyle marketing, hospitality
