What’s the Role?


We are looking for a Senior Affiliates Marketing Manager to lead CAVU’s global affiliate marketing strategy and drive commercial performance across our key clients and global distribution brands. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of our affiliate marketing programs and launch initiatives for new and existing clients.


The role oversees key affiliate marketing efforts for three major UK airports and four international distribution brands. Your impact will directly contribute to growing group affiliate revenue, alongside managing a media spend.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute CAVU’s global affiliate marketing strategy across multiple regions (UK, EU, and USA).

- Manage existing affiliate programs and launch new ones, ensuring maximum exposure and revenue growth.

- Negotiate new and existing partnerships to drive affiliate performance and increase value for the business.

- Collaborate with tech teams to ensure tracking, tagging, and conversion analytics are correctly implemented.

- Analyse and report on market trends and competitor activity, presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

- Track and deliver against key performance metrics, maintaining a clear focus on commercial outcomes.

- Develop junior team members, supporting their growth through clear performance development plans.


What We're Looking For:


- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing programs in the UK, EU, and USA.

- Expertise in affiliate marketing platforms such as Partnerize and/or AWIN.

- Proven experience in managing multi-million-pound affiliate marketing campaigns on a global scale.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA IQ preferred but not essential).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior leadership teams (SLT) and external partners.

- A proactive and organised mindset, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A passion for driving innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest in digital marketing and affiliate trends.
