Job Description
Bid Writer - Derby
Bid Writer - a leading building contractor is searching for a Bid Writer to join the expanding pre-construction team based in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer to play a key role in the successful work winning team securing and delivering major design and build projects.
The Bid Writer will be expected to assist in the production of the written word/content of any PQQ/tender submissions (excluding programme and cost-related items) and be able to support the tender team in bid submissions.

Required Experience:
- A strong ability to produce high-quality cutting-edge presentations and documents
- Track record of delivering in a Bid Writer role or similar role
- Strong written and verbal presentation and IT skills
- Proven success in writing winning bids
Key Duties:
- Interrogate the design and construction requirements for the bid
- Written word/content of any PQQ/tender submissions
- Monitor/record our PQQ/tender success rates
- To produce the regional bi-monthly newsletter
- Support the tender team in bid submissions
- Attend PQQ and bid meetings.
