Float Legal PA

Highly regarded US law firm with stunning offices in the City is looking for a Temporary Float Legal PA. This role is initially to run for two months with a view to being possibly longer term.


  • £50,000 full time equivalent
  • Minimum 2-month assignment, to start asap
  • 5 days in the office, office very short walk by Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and Cannon Street mainline stations.
  • 9:30 till 18:00 working hours

Temporary Float Legal PA Key Responsibilities:


  • Full diary management, reading and delegating all incoming emails
  • Extensive travel arrangement such as flights, hotels, trains, etc.
  • Producing travel itineraries
  • Providing full Legal secretarial and administration duties for London Attorneys, as directed by London Partners or Director of Administration
  • Opening new matters
  • Opening and closing files / matters
  • Full diary management, reading and delegating all incoming emails
  • Extensive travel arrangement such as flights, hotels, trains, etc.
  • Producing travel itineraries
  • Providing full Legal secretarial and administration duties for London Attorneys, as directed by London Partners or Director of Administration
  • Opening new matters

Temporary Float Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:


  • 3 years’ experience working in a Legal PA role in a legal environment / law firm
  • Excellent client service skills with a positive can-do attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of various MS software programs and team management skills are essential
