Business Analyst, OMEGA Implementation

The Business Analyst, OMEGA Implementation participates in the implementation strategy and development of BRP's future PAV global distribution centre. Working with the manager, you will develop, create, optimize and implement tools and reports for analysis and decision-making purposes. By making efficient use of our database, you’ll constantly strive to improve service while reducing costs. Prioritizing multiple demands from diverse stakeholders, leading and influencing partners, and adapting to a highly dynamic environment will be the main challenges of this role. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Develop unique data sources that will serve as a starting point for reports and analyses. Create reports in Excel and/or Power BI based on data from Snowflake. Support decision-making and process improvements for the future PAV distribution centre. Map and document the future distribution centre’s operational processes. Guide the project team through the analysis process in order to provide a sense of direction for future strategies. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, logistics or another relevant field. 5 to 7 years of data analysis experience in similar industries (automotive, consumer goods, replacement parts, etc.). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly advanced analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of SnowFlake and proven skills with regard to data structures. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including knowledge of operational tools and concepts such as lean and theory of constraints. Experience in distribution centre organization projects. Adept at applying project management best practices. Good knowledge of the SAP environment. The ability to communicate effectively and promote your ideas at different levels of the organization, including senior management. Recognized as a passionate leader who is focused on people, organizational development, relationship building and change management. Organized and analytical, focused on improving processes and maximizing system capabilities. A demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions, think laterally, and offer creative solutions.
