She/he designs, coordinates and updates community organization programs to meet the needs of the community and promote its development. She/he acts as a resource person for the groups. Education:- Bachelor degree in human or social sciences such as social work, psychoeducation or psychology. Experience:- Three (3) years of experience mainly in group monitoring and in project coordination achieved in partnership or in community organization;- Work experience with community concertation tables. Knowledge and Abilities:- Knowledge of community-based services related to families and their children living in a vulnerable context;- Knowledge of social/health issues and impacts of historic events in Eeyou Istchee;- Knowledge of group care;- Understanding of families and human relations;- Knowledge of Eenou/Eeyou Pimaatsiiun healing practices and paradigms is an asset;- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills;- Excellent critical thinking, synthesis, organizational and decision-making skills;- Excellent interpersonal and listening communication skills;- Autonomous, flexible and flexible discrete and empathetic;- Oral, written and interpersonal communication and listening skills;- Sense of creativity, solution-oriented and dynamism.
