What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Proactively sell The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane and Coworth Park to assigned territories/industry segments
  • Introduce new clients, whilst maintaining existing relationships to drive targeted business into the hotels
  • Achieve individual goals from assigned territories/industry segments, and with the proactive sales team meet and exceed annual hotels' budgets
  • Have a clear understanding of overall hotel goals
  • Awareness and understanding of competitive sets, and ability to effectively sell against them
  • Work together with Area Director of Sales/Director of Sales with relevant projects when assigned

  • Minimum 2 years' proactive experience in the Group Corporate market within the luxury sector
