Amazing opportunity for a passionate Project Coordinator/Account Executive to join a full-service creative events agency! Support project teams in planning and executing events to meet or exceed client expectations efficiently and within budget.


Work collaboratively with the board, peers, and teams to ensure successful client project delivery, including on-site travel as needed.


Bring powerful events to life across bespoke brands.


From hospitality, roadshows, to exhibitions and virtual events!


Key Responsibilities:


- Act as the primary client point of contact for event planning tasks.

- Coordinate logistics, including budget management, crew coordination, print and signage, documentation, and site visits.

- Foster and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

- Contribute to process enhancements, create event timelines and budgets for timely execution.

- Supervise on-site staff during event setup, execution, and teardown.

- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- Innovate and improve event processes.

- Participate in and occasionally lead project-specific client meetings and post-event evaluations, including feedback analysis and recommendations.

- Input daily timesheet activity.

- Ensure compliance with company privacy and security protocols, as well as GDPR, with support from the line manager.


Requirements:


- A degree in Events Management OR a minimum of 1 year of event coordination experience, preferably in an agency or similar creative environment.

- Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.

- Proven track record in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting.

- Previous experience in team management.

- Keen attention to detail and adept at multitasking.

- Proficient in event planning software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
