Padel Tennis Club Manager

The Padel Hub SL2 - Albion Close, Slough

The Padel Hub has an exciting opportunity for a full time Club Manager to join our team!

You must have Padel Tennis experience either as player or event organisor.

You will be required to work on a shift/rota basis. 40 hours per week, exclusive of breaks, on 5 out of 7 days.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with previous experience in a similar club management role of more than 1 year. Experience of problem resolution whilst ensuring a high standard and consistent thoughtful member service at all times. Leading a team and motivating them to sustain exceptional levels of performance.

You'll be someone who is self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude. Being organised, flexible and an adaptable approach to work, capable of working in a changing environment.

To ensure the Front of House and bar operations follow procedures, ensure consistency of all food and drinks leaving the bar while always putting Members at the centre of everything you do to ensure an exceptional Member experience.

This role is service-focused and requires friendliness, speedy problem-solving ability, strong people skills and customer satisfaction. Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.

You will be required to deal with all enquiries with an aim selling memberships, court bookings and corporate events along with collecting guest fees.

Liaising with club coaches to promote an exciting programme of Padel classes and events.
