Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Abeldent software and a proven track record. This role requires an intelligent, personable, and highly organized individual who can effectively communicate treatment to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage patient treatment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Utilize Abeldent software to maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments. Communicate treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients clearly and effectively. Facilitate patient financing options and assist with insurance claims. Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor and order supplies as needed to support clinic operations. Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and implement feedback to improve services. Qualifications: Proficiency in Abeldent software. Strong sales skills with the ability to explain treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
