Executive Housekeeper

Executive Housekeeper Are you an experienced leader in housekeeping management looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper to join our team and oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments at our property. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring our hotel meets our client brand's highest housekeeping standards, managing inventory, and fostering a guest-first culture. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and property maintenance. Lead strategic planning and budgeting for labor, supplies, and equipment. Monitor guest experiences and implement strategies to improve service quality. Create a culture of accountability, coaching team members, and driving performance. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards. What You Bring: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior housekeeping role, preferably in a unionized hotel environment. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage a diverse team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and hotel management systems.
