One of our major banking clients is looking for a Jr. Procurement Analyst (Bank, ServiceNow, Coupa)Duration: 6 Months contract with a strong possibility of a permanent opportunityLocation: Toronto, ON - HybridWorking hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pmLOB: Strategy & OperationsROLE MANDATE:Role Mandate: This line of business is responsible for strategic sourcing of suppliers (onboarding, vetting), supplier risk management and transactional procurement (purchasing/buying). The selected candidate will be joining a team within Procurement that manages 3 functions: supplier risk management process support via Coupa Risk Assess (reactive activities), concierge/VIP end to end process services for Supplier Risk Management (proactive activities) and the contract management office (CMO) accountable for the end-to-end contract process leveraging a contract lifecycle management platform (Coupa CLMA). The team works closely together providing cross-functional support. The selected candidate will start by supporting one of these functions and will likely move into a broader accountability to support cross-functional tasks.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receiving and actioning requests from ServiceNow to make changes to process- Perform and complete system tasks as needed- Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as requiredMUST-HAVE SKILLS:- MS Office knowledge (including Excel)- Technical aptitude (comfort in working with applications and platforms and able to understand how they work)- Desire to learn/fast learner- Completion of post-secondary educationNICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:- Customer service/support experience- FI experience- Coupa experience URGENT: Please read the job description above.
