Why we will love you •You’re passionate about people and are motivated by delivering business results by optimizing performance through people and data •You’re really good at analyzing and reporting on all data to gain insights for business processes and decision making - and you really enjoy it too •You’re super organized and have extensive knowledge of how to structure data and information in both processes and information technology tools to ensure reliable, accessible and relevant information •You have good knowledge of how to implement plans and have a proven record of developing organizations using data driven insights •You’ve worked in a global matrix organization -working in a vibrant and changing multidimensional environment energizes you •You have at least 3 years of experience in Information Management and/or Business Intelligence and/or Advanced Analytics within Human Resources •You have formal qualifications within Information Management and/or Business Intelligence and/or Advanced Analytics or equivalent A day in your life with us •Perform people related business analysis and identify trends, opportunities as well as potential risks and present them in understandable and actionable manner •Support managers to interpret and analyze data to help them lead, work, and organize in a way that brings out the best of people while developing the business •Secure and monitor people data processes and activities and ensure they are compliant with data frameworks and policies •Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyze and utilize relevant business intelligence in the people analytics field to stay competitive and co-creating changes when appropriate •Support in the identification and implementation of digital capabilities that can support efficient and accurate people analytics •Take the lead on improvements in data quality as well as support on legal compliance topics in relation to personal data for co-workers, locally as well as globally •Align with key stakeholders in securing a well-functioning People information & data management and support establishing People analytics as an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organization Together as a team IKEA is all about people, and our team make sure to bring the best people on board to keep our strong spirit of togetherness.
