Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant to the PresidentLocation: MontrealSalary: $70KJob Type: Full-time, 35-hours a week, on site 4 days a week and 1 remote (Friday)Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our President and Executive Team for our client, a leading real estate investment firm focused on developing and managing high-quality residential and commercial properties. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality while managing a diverse array of tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the calendar of the President, prioritizing inquiries and requests to ensure smooth daily operations- Anticipate the President's needs in advance of meetings and provide hospitality to guests- Organize logistics for meetings and events, including drafting agendas, developing presentation materials, and recording meeting minutes- Serve as a liaison between the Executive Team and staff, fostering effective communication and collaboration- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the President- Complete a variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the President's effectiveness, including document preparation, travel arrangements, and project coordination- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Adapt to changing priorities and handle a high volume of tasks efficientlyQualifications:- Significant executive support experience, including working with C-level executives- Proficient in dictation and capable of composing and preparing correspondence- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and desktop publishing software; experience in designing and editing graphic presentations- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail- High level of professionalism in interactions with diverse groups, including Board members and senior executives- Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including availability after regular business hours if requiredPlease send your resume in Word format to Maia Slivinschi at maia.slivinschiquantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000 For more details, click here.OUR VIRTUAL DOORS ARE OPEN We're also bringing the interviews to you by various web applications, virtually Contact us today for your next opportunity.CNESST permit numbers: AP-2000158 & AR-2000157
