Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

• You will actively support our Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of daily operations • You ensure the quality standard on the floors and in the public areas • You create and realise training sessions according to LQA standards • You will help to delegate and manage our long-standing international housekeeping team • You respect and promote team spirit and the working atmosphere • You support the supervision of our staff houses • Guest care is your top priority and you love to use your foreign language skills skilfully as a result • You have completed an apprenticeship with solid housekeeping knowledge • You have already gained experience in the luxury hotel industry • You are flexible in dealing with changes and challenges in the 5-star hotel industry • You are fluent in German and/or English, other languages are welcome Role: Housekeeping Floor Supervisor Job Type: Seasonal , Full Time Location: Saanen, Apply for this job now.
