Responsibilities:
- Transport, unpack, assemble, and install commercial furniture components such as tables, desks, and cabinets.
- Ensure timely completion of furniture installation according to schedule and customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high standard of work efficiency.
- Train and develop installation team members for future growth opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, supervisors, installers, and human resources.
Requirements
Requirements: Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates urgency and excellent follow-through.
- Acts professionally and reports to work punctually.
- Possesses strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- Works well in a team environment and with individuals at all levels.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma preferred.
- Previous experience in office furniture installation preferred.
- Familiarity with small hand tools required
- Familiarity with reading blueprints preferred
- Experience in Customer Service or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience driving 16-26' box trucks required
